Booking policies

These are the current terms of booking with the studio.

Deposit: A 25% deposit reserves the appointment and is applied to the final session total.
Cancellation window: 48 hours
No-show: No-shows forfeit the deposit. Please contact the studio as soon as possible if plans change.
Late arrival: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Rescheduling: One reschedule with at least 48 hours notice is welcome when availability allows.
